Okay, I'm back to blog..like what I told Carol on msn, I was searching for relevant materials for my blog entry..hahaha..so here it goes...
When I went to school on Tuesday feeling sick and tired, the news of Beckham coming just totally chased my whatever illness I was suffering away..BECKHAM coming to NYP was one thing that I couldn't believe..but he REALLY came..so my Beckham craze started..managed to squeeze into the auditorium and although I was super far from him, I was screaming like a mad woman..but I guessed Betsy and Shuyu screamed even louder coz' they were SOOOO near to him..and they said he is really HANDSOME..
It didn't help that my sis was one of the volunteers at the Esplanade during the IOC opening ceremony and she ushered the London team into the venue..and she saw BECKHAM..and obviously many other sports people..and she told me that there was a few members of the public around and I should have gone down and perhaps snap some pictures of BECKHAM..when I heard that, I was like opportunity gone..no more chance at all..*wasted*
Came back home today after work, and turned on the television for the announcement of the results..Dad rooting for Paris, me supporting for London..my dad was like Paris sure win..and I was like oh please, how do you know..hahaha..so finally when the results were announced, London won!! which means I won and my dad lost!! Yipee!! Shut him up..was all I could think of..coz' if Paris won, he would go on and on for non stop..so now London won and he was quiet and me happy..hahaha..I screamed till my mum came out of the kitchen and I think my neighbours could also hear my voice..focused on the television set hoping to catch a glimpse of Beckham and I really did..he was as usual HANDSOME and especially in that beige London team suit..
