On wed, met up with shuyu to celebrate Betsy's 22nd birthday....

Went to Carousel at Royal Plaza Scotts for our dinner, the food was yummy, quite worth the money :D

Glad that Betsy liked the 'lil surprise we planned for her and we were lucky that she did not scold us for what we did haha
