PY and I finally did something we've been wanting to do since the beginning of this year...

We want to do something useful and spend our time wisely..Let's hope they get back to us :D

I want to complain about something...The technician at Sony Ericsson SCRATCHED my phone when I sent in for repair last week..I'm so angry! and when I went down to the service centre to complain, the centre manager told me to BUY a new casing instead of replacing a new one for me free..It's not my fault in the first place, why should I spend the money to replace it and that casing costs $70plus, she even said she is giving me a discount already...with or without discount, I'm not going to pay for a new casing.
