After a few visits there, my impression of ButterFactory is still as bad..


The service staff are rude, unlike those in phuture..


I don't see the reason why the queue is sooo long, they kept everyone waiting outside when it's so EMPTY inside.. Luckily, Mel and John can sign us in, if not I will just leave after wishing the bday girl.
