Day 3 in Offenburg & Strasbourg... a pretty sight to see in the morning =) transport arrangements were made at the very last min, journey to offenburg was one hour, had a nice chat with the driver, who told me the history of Black Forest...
Met up with the TW guests at the factory and the tour began..After the factory tour, it was off to Strasbourg, France....
Din manage to see any branded stores except for Hermes, saw mango's new collection but din get anything...Lunched at a century old restaurant, the onion pie was delicious but coz of my illness, I only managed to eat half of it...the waiting time between the appetizer and main course was like 20minutes, I can only say the French really know how to enjoy life..My lunch costs 30 Euro and it was good.
After lunch, it was the river boat ride which I think it's ok to give it a miss haha..the translation was all messed up, supposed to turn to my left and see a museum, but when I turn left all I see was grass hahaha..David and I gave up half way listening to the translation.
The transport co. sent a 40 seater coach to pick the 6 of us, we thought we got up the wrong coach hahaa...Journey back to schiltach was 2 hours..
